Both Skicamps sufferd a bit under bad weather
conditions, in the second camp we just skied
2 days out of 4, but we all made the best
off it and skied really hard those 2 days.
The alternate programm was physical training
and the Gornerschlucht with some Mountain

with excellent spring snow, we are focusing

Bumpbash
Once again the bumpbash was a success. With
220 competitiors and a 1000 party people we
had a great atmosphere. One of the highlights
were the skydivers so called “scandal
divers” witch jumped on Friday out of
the helicopter around the Klein Matterhorn

Skicamps

After a few weeks travelling around europe,
Dario is heading back to Switzerland ,Zermatt,
where he organise the Bumpbash and the nationals.
Aswell he will run his Skicamps, between the
10th - 14th of april.

John
Sadly a good friend of mine, photographer
John Wilhelmson, was killed in a tragic skiing
accident last month in Zermatt.
He was caught in a 200 meter long avalance
and all rescue efforts were unable to save
him.
My thoughts and best wishes are with his family,
his girl friend and the rest of his many friends.
John will always be with me in my thoughts
-- he was a great inspiration for all of us.
But to paraphrase a Tibetan proverb:
It is better to have lived one day as Swedisch
John, than 1000 years as a sheep |
